The procedure of the lesson: T: Good
morning, dear children! Sit down! Who is on duty today? What date is it
today? Who is absent today? What’s the weather like today? How do you do? I hope that you are fine! Are you ready for this lesson? That’s great! Today
we are going to talk about generations and youth cultures. Ex.
1 p. 9 Get into pairs. Start by working alone and list your partner’s. Work
together. Ex. 2 p. 9 Group work. Answer the questions
and fill in the chart. Ex.
3 p. 9 Match the names of the youth groups and their definitions. Jig saw. Divide into 2 groups. The first
group reads text A, the second group –
text B. Make some notes. Then the speaker goes to another group and tells the
content of his text. Then he goes back to his group and ask questions for
understanding. Fill

4 p. 12 Pair work. Tell each other what
you feel about your parents using the words from the box. Example:
I feel proud of my father, because he is a sportsman. Ex.
5 p. 12 Make matches what parents would apply to their teenagers. Example:
