The procedure of the lesson:

T: Good morning, dear children! Sit down! Who is on duty today? What date is it today? Who is absent today?

How are you? What’s the weather like today? How many lessons do you have today? What are they?

Ex. 20 p. 48 Read the dialogue in roles!

The theme of our lesson is "Health freak”. Today we are going to read text and talk about people who thinks only about their health.

Ex. 1 p. 50 Which are the effective ways to keep fit? Explain your choice. Can you add some more ways?

Ex. 2 p. 50 Write down as many ways of keeping fit as you can think of in 3 minutes.

Write questions to a health freak.

Ex. 3 p. 50 Match a word with its translation.

Example: a germ – микроб.

Ex. 4 p. 51 Read the text.

Ex. 5 p. 51 Read the text for the second time and answer the questions. Did you find the answers to your questions?

Ex. 6 p.  51 Look at the pictures! There is one mistake in each picture. Find and correct them.

Ex. 7 p. 52 Agree or disagree with the suggestions of keeping fit.

Example: Never watch TV – disagree

                 Go to fitness club - agree

Ex. 8 p. 52 Find the words from the text which means the same.

Example: uncooked – raw

Ex. 9 p. 52 Find opposites of the words from the text

Example: often - never

Ex. 10 p. 53, to learn the new words.
