procedure of the lesson: T: Good morning, dear children! Sit down! Who is
on duty today? What date is it today? Who is absent today? How are you? What’s the
weather like today? Where is London situated? What do you know about London?
Your home task was
ex. 6 p. 10. Do you have
any questions? Give me your copybooks.
Today we will review
everything we know about London and will read about London’s airports. In order to remember what we
know about London , let’s watch a presentation. (приложение) Answer the questions: In what country is it
situated? How many parts is it consist
of? Who is the head of the UK? Where does she live? Where does the prime minister
live? What are the main sightseeing
of London? Ex. 7 p. 11 Look through the
texts and write out the new words. Now let’s read and translate the texts. Ex. 8 p. 11 Cover the texts
and fill in the missing numbers into the gaps. Ex. 9 p. 12 Which of these
remarks are true? Ex. 10 p. 12 Read the list of
jobs related to tourism and travelling. Use your dictionary to help you with
the new words.
