The procedure of the lesson:

T: Good morning, dear children! Sit down! Who is on duty today? What date is it today? Who is absent today?

How are you today? What’s the weather like today? Do you do morning exercises? Do you go in for sport?

Ex. 12 p. 28 Give me your copybooks.

The theme of our lesson is "Are you fit?” What does it mean? Today we will talk about it and find out if you are fit or not. Open your books at page 28 ex. 1. Lets discuss these questions and then do these exercises at home.

Ex. 2 p. 28 Draw a table and complete it answering the questions about yourselves.  And then we will see if you are fit or not.

Ex. 3 p. 29 Read the words in the box and write them down into your vocabularies. Now you are going to read three paragraphs. Each paragraph is about a different country. Match these countries to the correct paragraph.

Ex. 4 p. 30 Discussion.

Ex. 5 p. 30 Read the advice on keeping fit and answer the questions.

Open your books at page 43-44 and read grammar rules.

Ex. 6 p. 31 Choose the correct tense.

Ex. 8 p. 46 Complete the sentences with the verbs from the box. Use the Present Continuous tense. Eg.:

It has been snowing all day.
