T: Good morning, dear children! Sit down! Who is on duty today? What date is it today? Who is absent today?

How are you today? What’s the weather like today?  How do you spend your free time? Do you like music?

The theme of our lesson is "Music”. We are going to read text and to talk about music and have a discussion.

Answer the questions:

1. Do you like music?
2. What kind of music do you like to listen?
3. Why do you like this kind of music?
4. What is your favourite band?
5. What is your favourite singer?

Ex. I(1) p. 68 Read the text and answer the question.

Ex. II p. 68 Group discussion. Divide into two groups. The first group is for pop music. The second group is against pop music. Now work in your group and make your arguments. Now let’s have a discussion.
